My Name is Linda Carlini, owner and operator of Adonai (ä'dō-nī', -noi') Dental Lab.

I Graduated Riverside Community College, School of Dental Laboratory Technology as Student of the Year in 1986. I have
continued to complete higher education courses in Tru Bite complete denture setup and obtained X-Ray certification. I have
worked as a Lab Technician for over twenty-three years, twenty of which have been here in the Rouge Valley. I have earned a
reputation of being honest, providing exceptional quality workmanship, and have a genuine concern for patient satisfaction.
For the past three years I have worked closely with doctors of Southern Oregon Dental meeting their individual needs as the sole
in-house Denture Technician. Dr. Scott Gillis, Dr. Daniel Arrigotti, Dr. Chuck Aoto, and Dr. Jesse Gallagher of Southern Oregon
would all be happy to provide a positive reference upon request.
As a special introductory incentive, I would like to offer you 25% off your first completed* case for trying Adonai Dental Lab.
Enclosed is our price list which details most of the services provided. Also enclosed is an average turnaround time sheet which
describes the length of time a typical case is needed in the lab. Pick-up and delivery services are offered free within the city
limits of Grants Pass and Rouge River. Outside these areas, mail is preferred; however, special arrangements may be
considered.

Average Turnaround Times
Lab Hours
Monday - Thursday 8 am. To 5 p.m.
Average turnaround times do not include the same day the case is received. It also does not include
weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), holidays, delivery day or shipping time.
Please allow at least 2 days shipping each way. Basic repairs and relines must be received by 10 a.m. to
be returned the same day.
