The following people were all directly connected to one or more of the original Apostles.
Clement of Rome was a companion of both Peter and Paul and was mentioned in Phil 4:3
Ignatius was a bishop in the church of Antioch and is believed to be a personal disciple of one or more of the original
Apostles.  (35-107 AD)
Papias was a bishop of Hierapolis in Asia Minor a disciple of John and a friend of Polycarp (60-130 AD)
Polycarp was a bishop at Smyrna. He was also a friend of Ignatius and was a disciple of the Apostle John (69-156 AD)

The Writings of the Early Church Fathers Volume 2
Origen believed that Hermas was the same one mentioned by Paul in Romans 16:14 however there are some that question this
His writings are the only ones that come from Vol 2 of the Ante Nicene Fathers as far as those possibly directly connected to
the original Apostles. The others mentioned under volume 1 are found in volume 1.

Basically Volume 1 is the first century writers and Volume 2 is the 2nd century writers. There 38 volumes all together of
